I'm moving from Quickbooks 2006/7 on a Windows XP to Reckon One on Windows 10 and can't export my *IIF files. They just won't save when I go to nominate a folder to send them to. It gives the impression that I've saved, but then won't show up when I go into where I've sent them.  What am I doing wrong please?  I have to use the XP computer to do the data migration.

Thanks Rav, but I ended up speaking with Omar from the Data Migration team and basically the reason it wouldn't save is because I didn't get rid of the asterisk before the *.IIF. It should have been eg. myname.IIF.  I changed it and it worked.
