unrecoverable error

Reckon  Accounts has experienced a problem and must be shut down. We apologize for the inconvenience. Code:13657 12139.

I have logged back in 8 times. Everytime I try and do something this error pops up straight away. EXREMELY frustrating!!!!!!!

    How do you edit Balance Sheet report?
    I am trying to add Other Current Assests into our Balance Sheet!!!!

    Can I call u as Reckon has 45mins wait time then they’re finishing for the day? So frustrating this occur since yesterday.
