Running Reckon Accounts on a Terminal Server in multi user mode and have issues emailing

Running Reckon Accounts on a Terminal Server in multi user mode and getting errors when email invoices if other users are logged in, if i get everyone to close down Reckon, i can email from Reckon as normal, as soon as 2 users are in reckon this doesn't work.
Error says "The file you specified cannot be opened. Make sure that it is not currently being used by another program or read only file"
Tried running reckon as Admin and turning UAC off still not working.

    To help us help you better, which version of Reckon Accounts are you using and on what version of Terminal Server is it running on?

    Is your installation consistent with these old notes for installing on TS2008?
