Reckon Unclassified Super

I have one employee whose Super amount is ending up in unclassifed.
He has a  default class assigned in the employee setup. Sometimes the fortnightly class differs from the default or there will be split hours with 2 classes, but that is a regular occurrence with many employees, yet all other employees super is assigned to their default class. Just not this one employee!! any ideas why?

    I have just read some older posts and might have the answer. Im going to tick the box "track expenses by job" which I just realized wasn't ticked for this super item. Hopefully this fixes it!
