Reports conflicting in Reckon Enterprise

Hi Reckon Community...I am currently using Enterprise as a Read Only for my Accounts Hosted files as I no longer use Hosted (use Reckon One)....when I pull out the Profit & Loss report and Tax Summary report for last financial year, the total business income figures are completely different? Nothing to do with inc or ex GST as these figures would still be different....what am I doing wrong??
