Head over to the Members Area HERE and login with your Customer ID & PIN. You'll find your programs under the Download Software section.

I went to the members area and the only download option was 2015. I currently use  2011/12. I do not want to purchase another version I just want to continue using 2011/12 once I download it on my new computer.

Same with me I am trying to re download easy start 2013 and cannot find it  in the members area. I also only had the option to download a newer version and having to pay for it, which does not help at all
