Upgrade from QB Small Biz 2003 to Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013 Full Version - QPS22AF10

Can we upgrade from QB Small Biz 2003 to Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013 Full Version QPS22AF10.  I believe this 2013 version once bought does not recquire monthly/annual  payments.

We want to move to a Win 10 machine and also update the QB program.

We only use the very basic in the 2003 program, no payroll etc.

We are in Australia.

Could do with some help please.

    No David, the equivalent program if you want your data to be restored and still used is Reckon Accounts Business - not Personal Plus.

    What happens when people upgrade can they sell their used copies?
