Is Downsizing an option?

Our business has no further need for the payroll component of Reckon Accounts Plus 2017 and although we have only just paid our renewal, is there anyway of downsizing this software so that we can still work from it, along with obtaining a refund?

I also believe you would need to be able to access your payroll records for the required time (7 years?) so would need the Plus version to do that?0
