I am attempting to use Reckon Personal Plus R 1 with Windows 10.

I am attempting to use Reckon Personal Plus R 1 with Windows 10. Each time I log in I get a message that my product is registered to another Computer. It previously blocked me but after speaking to Reckon, I still get the message but I can now enter past it. However, my Reckon program continually becomes non-responsive when switching screens. It keeps crashing when I attempt to update the paycheck. Does anyone have any solutions?

Thank you for the reply. I am not running in compatibility mode. I think that I did not install as Administrator. It was working okay for about two months.0

I have not attempted any solutions yet, but now I cannot log in at all. I keep getting an error message "Reckon Accounts Launcher has stopped working".0
