I am attempting to use Reckon Personal Plus R 1 with Windows 10. Each time I log in I get a message that my product is registered to another Computer. It previously blocked me but after speaking to Reckon, I still get the message but I can now enter past it. However, my Reckon program continually becomes non-responsive when switching screens. It keeps crashing when I attempt to update the paycheck. Does anyone have any solutions?

Are you running it in compatibility mode? Did you install it using the built in Administrator account?

Thank you for the reply. I am not running in compatibility mode. I think that I did not install as Administrator. It was working okay for about two months.

I have not attempted any solutions yet, but now I cannot log in at all. I keep getting an error message "Reckon Accounts Launcher has stopped working".

BACK UP YOUR DATA FILES EXTERNALLY PREFERABLY TO A CLOUD SITE LIKE GOOGLE DRIVE Then you need to uninstall it. Try using Revo uninstaller. That will remove all the registry entries and dll files as well. Delete the installation directory. Log in as Administrator and run the installation in Compatibility mode. Run the program in Compatibility mode.
