Recording memorised transactions correctly

Hello Jacki
Check the memorised transaction, it possibly has Number Remaining set as zero, so it will no longer automatically enter in.

Hi I am trying to create a memorised Bill with a standard memo but I cannot get it to save. What is the best processed to do this please? It is a bill we could create for our other company entity on a regular basis for freight. I have tried saving ti as a Memorised Bill transaction but i must still have the set up incorrect. Hope you can give me step by step instructions

Hi Kathy!
Once you've entered the Bill on the screen exactly as you want it to save (memorise), click on Edit along top toolbar then Memorise Bill in the dropdown menu.
NOTE: In order to have that Bill enter as saved, you need to have it auto-enter - or generate entry of it - it from the Memorised Transaction List itself as this is where you've "saved" that customisation.

No, this feature doesn't memorise individual lines, it memorises the transaction template itself, in its entirety.
