cant access charity account

My friend asked me to help with her charity accounts.  When I try to login with her username and password, Reckon automatically goes to an account in my name - an ancient account from years ago when I bought their software.

how can I get in? do I need to be "subscribed"?

    Suggest your friend adds you as "staff" to her subscription.  She should go to " Account" in left column of opening window displaying "Open" button > Staff > Add staff >etc

    David is correct, your friend will need to share their book with you. There are two ways of actioning this which you'll find below -
