How to get Reckon Technical Support to answer their phone?

I have been on hold for 41 minutes so far & haven't spoken to anyone yet?

    Hi Tracy,
    Apologies for the long wait you had to go through, the teams are extremely busy due to the EOFY period and the introduction of Single Touch Payroll. They're doing their very best to get through their calls as quick as possible.

    Have you been able to speak to a team member? 

    If not, can you give you us some details of your issue as we might be able to help right here.
