STP reckon hosted payroll file not uploading

I have downloaded the STP file onto my PC, verified MFA and logged in to Reckon GovConnect.
There is no payroll showing and no payroll dates. The Reckon logo shows 'Add your data' only.
Why is the payroll file not uploading?

    Hi Marg,

    When you're in Reckon GovConnect STP, have you selected the Upload button and then gone through the prompts to upload the file that you saved from Reckon Accounts Hosted?
