Error message from ATO says software ID wrong and call ATO. I have called and they tell me it is all correct at their end but it still doesn't work.

Hi Emma,
Did you register the Software ID that is listed in the Company & Advisers section of GovConnect in the Reckon Portal?

For Reckon Accounts Hosted users who are using Single Touch Payroll, there are two software ID's to be aware of, one that is listed inside Reckon Accounts Hosted itself which is for BAS submissions and the other from GovConnect in the Reckon Portal which is specifically for Single Touch Payroll.
