Hi,
In the Reckon Portal, is there a way you can link multiple mobile devices to the one user/login for authentication?
What if the one user/login lost their phone, how can they re-link the Authenticator app to login?

Hi Charlene,
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is at an individual user level so it cannot be spread across multiple devices.
If a user needs to make any changes to their MFA, ie. if they need to upgrade their phone etc, MFA must be revoked first through that specific user's profile settings in their Reckon Portal account.
In the case where a phone is lost or if the app has been uninstalled etc, MFA can be revoked by getting in touch with our Support team who will organise this after performing a security check.
