Reckon Hosted - I am unable to backup to local PC

How can I backup a company file on Reckon Hosted to my PC?  I go through the usual process but when I try and choose where I wish it to be backed up to I can only choose B drive or Q drive which do not exist on my computer or desktop.  I tried using desktop and it appeared to work but the file is not on my desktop!!  Can anyone assist me in this regard.  Thanks
