ERROR hosted-connectv82.reckon.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

Trying to log into Reckon Hosted and get the following error: hosted-connectv82.reckon.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500. Have tried using Internet Explorer. Chrome and Firefox no luck. Can get into another Hosted file no problems. Need to get into this file URGENTLY.

    Sorry to hear you had some trouble getting into Hosted last night. Are you still experiencing this issue if you attempt to log in today?

    You've mentioned that you're able to get into another file without issue, is that under a different login to the one you're trying to access with the error?
