Can't log in to Reckon Accounts Hosted

I am having trouble logging in to Reckon Accounts Hosted. I got through the initial log in with no problems, but am now being asked if I want to create a new company file or open an existing company file.

    Are you a new Reckon Accounts Hosted user or do you have an existing file?

    If you have an existing file, open it from the list.
