I'm using Accounts Hosted. I have several company files within my account. The company names show up in the list to open. But when I click on either of them I get this message:

I have searched in the Live directory but the QBW files aren't there. Only a XX.QBW.ini file. I haven't had this occur before and am very concerned.
I've looked in the back-up folder but there is nothing there.
Please advise what I should do?
Should I be lodging a ticket via the phone?
