2 of my company files are missing!

I'm using Accounts Hosted. I have several company files within my account. The company names show up in the list to open. But when I click on either of them I get this message:



I have searched in the Live directory but the QBW files aren't there. Only a XX.QBW.ini file. I haven't had this occur before and am very concerned.

I've looked in the back-up folder but there is nothing there.

Please advise what I should do?

Should I be lodging a ticket via the phone?

yes, there were on what appeared to be in a completely different area via an assortment of links. I'm guessing a different server? while the matter was resolved in that I was connected to the files via technical support, I don't actually know how I would access those files again. I didn't really understand the guy I spoke to and he couldn't explain why the files were in a different area to other files, or how I would avoid such an incidence occurring again. 

I just download a backup every time/day and hope I'm covering my bases.

I hope your matter gets clarified soon.

If the files go 'missing' from the Q:\ drive (root of the drive) and you find it in some other sub-folder with a long name, then this means you have made use of the File Sharing function that shares a particular company data file (QBW) with another Reckon Accounts Hosted User.

how do you change or rectify that? I'm not aware of file sharing with another user.
