How do I download the link for my new purchase of Reckon Personal 2019

I have been sent email link to download and install on my computer, but after unzipping all files numerous times it wont go to the autorun and install

    I have just purchased the current version of Reckon Personal.  Unable to install.  Message received, Critical Error has occurred.  Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
