Bank Feeds

I've been having trouble with the bank feeds for my nab business card so I deleted the feed and created a new one (with a new YODLEE). Now whenever I attempt to use it, I get the attached error message. Any ideas? I'm getting very frustrated getting this to work and I've found the help desk not very helpful in providing support and resolution. I'm using BSB 012345 and account number as instructed (eg nnnn-nnxx-xxxx-nnnn) where n is the number on the card and x is just lower case Xs.
