Help. i have locked myself out of Reckon Hosted. Cannot seem to get a new password sent and help desk is not answering.
 Who can help me get logged back in?

    Hi Susan,
    Are you having trouble logging into the Reckon Accounts Hosted service itself ie. the login screen or are you referring to an Admin password set on your file?

    If its the former, when attempting to reset the password using the "Forgotten Password" help link, are you entering your correct user name or user ID?
