message “Unable to load DLL\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\Convert03\qd3.dll”

Had to re-install programme due to disk formatting, when trying to restore previous file I get a message “Unable to load DLL\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\Convert03\qd3.dll” I have uninstalled and re-installed the program without success, please advise a solution

Follow the instructions in the help guide linked below and ensure you use a 3rd party uninstaller to fully remove all components of the software as described prior to reinstallation.
