Reckon Accounts Hosted - I can not log in - it comes up with error message -6000 -80 have you finished the Maintenance that was scheduled for yesterday. I have never had this problem before. I am on Hosted 2018 R2

Is it when you attempt to launch the Hosted service after initial login?
Are there any active sessions listed in your Hosted control panel?0 -

Which browser are you using when you run into this?
Can you do me a favour and please try logging in using an alternative browser and let me know if you experience the same thing?0 -
Hi Rav,
I rang the technical support 1300 799 150 they were great.
You need to slightly change your Account File Name. They take you through it step by step. It took 5 minutes to fix the issue. I did notice when I was up and running again that I needed to upload my Logo back into my invoice Template.

I was using Chrome & then Explorer but it comes up with The website cannot display the page0
