Reckon Accounts Hosted - How do I select monthly billing when signing up from a trial?

Downloaded the trial version, now want to sign up and add additional users.  The only Product/Service type available in the drop down menu is "Reckon Accounts Hosted Annual Licence".  Where do I find the option for monthly subscription?
