Our customers not recieving invoice emails, but getting statements, Help please

some of our customers are not recieving our emails at all, they are not in spam. They are however recieving our statements. help please

    Hi Sue,
    If you CC or BCC yourself into the invoice emails to these customers, do you receive it?

    Surely, it should send the email to the customer directly??

    Some customers get them, but we have as increasing number of clients not getting them. This problem only started happening asbout 6 months ago.
