Hi all, I have just paid emailed remittances and the screen for that won't close and it wont let me minimise it so that I can continue on. I know this has happened before but I can't remember what I did to close it..... Help please :)

    Hi Juanita,
    There might be a prompt or window stuck in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground.
