Did you try logging into the Reckon Portal with your existing Hosted login details?
Is that where you came across the error message?0 -
Yes I did and I couldn't get in.
I asked for a new password, which I have now made a new one.
I could then get into the portal, have been able to get my Software ID and advised the ATO through my AUSKEY. Just now wondering if I have now somehow made a new Reckon One account as I have received an email about a demo for Reckon One.
Not sure what has happened. Are you able to check if everything is set up correctly.

You don't have any Reckon One services set up, you can disregard that email. Its an automatic email that comes through to advise you of services that are available in the Portal.0 -

Just wondering why I couldn't get into the Portal with my normal username and password that I use when I login to Reckon Hosted.
I thought that was what the Webinar said yesterday. Or is it that I didn't have a portal account in the first place?

Hi Rav, i have just moved from reckon desktop to hosted. i created the payroll but at the point of opening up the portal and signing in i misplaced my sign in details. i exited to find them but cannot seem to re-open the portal in hosted unless i create another payroll. what can i do?0
