Importing Suppliers

I'm new to Reckon and need to import our Suppliers instead of entering them one by one. I've gone into the Supplier Centre and when I select import a file from excel it wont sync or find my computer files. Please help!

    Hi Shannon,
    You need to first upload the import file into the Reckon Accounts Hosted Q drive so that Hosted can locate the file.

    It's ok - i got it .xls file not .xlsx
