Is anyone else getting error code 500 when trying to log in today?

Trying to log in this afternoon and am getting the following :

This page isn’t working

hosted-connectv82.reckon.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

I need to do some catch up work before tomorrow!

    We've identified the cause of the problem and are now working on getting it fixed.

    First attempt was as above.  Swapped browser to Chrome and after a torturous struggle, it is now up and going.  Thanks.

    We believe this should be by large resolved now. 
    Please close your browser and try again. You may notice it might run a little slow at first, if so, please exit your file by going to FILE > EXIT, log out and then retry after a couple of minutes.

    Let me know how you get on.
