sending email then stop can't do anything

I am sending 32 email of the pay slip, just send 3 and the screen was stop no other action.
Now i can't do anything... even can't back to main page...
who have same problem? how can I fix it?

    Thanks Rav, I give up last night.
    I leave the window as it. And this morning it auto log out.
    I log in again, all good now.
