Reckon Accounts Personal Plus , side column is faults

Hi I am using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus , My side column with the accounts listed no longer show the totals or net worth.I've tried to tick the customise box but it is in grey and won't respond.

    Hi Pat
    Are you able to right mouse click in the side column to access your options for the column? Customise only goes to your 'Account List' which you can access via menu path:
    Cash Flow > Cash Flow Accounts > Account List
