State payroll tax report not working

The State payroll tax report isn't working it is calculating anything at all. But i have setup each payroll item and tick state payroll tax for Vic

I think it only calculates it from the date you set it up (so any payments made prior to setting it up won't come up in the report). Have you made any payroll payments since setting it up?
