payroll data not appearing in GovConnectSTP

Reckon One - I have sent Payroll information to GovConnect STP. When I go to "Launch Gov Connect STP" it says no Data received. I have tried this several times. Any advice?

    Hi Laurie,
    Do you have more than one STP entity set up in GovConnect?
    Do you have a branch number listed for your business and is it set in your company information in your book settings, if so, is this also set and show in your STP entity in GovConnect?

    Hi Rav,

    Only one STP entity.
    On Business Portal, no Branch number.

    In my Book Settings, it say 003, but will not let me change it to say nothing.

    When I try to Launch STP, it says Branch 003, but still no data appears,
