I have had to reinstall Windows and as a result lost my software for Reckon Accounts Home and Business 2013. I have the original disk but it will not allow me to install. I get a message "this app has been blocked for your protection". How can this be overcome

That message is a Windows message rather than one coming from the Reckon software itself. I'll link a couple of articles I've found online via Google Search with more information on that message and how to solve it below.
