Im having troubles printing

I ask Reckon to print and I get an icon  telling me it wants to but then doesnt appear on my screen to let it know where to print.

it was working badly this morning and nothing has change computer wise. and it worked ok yesterday

thats not it Rav, in both Firefox and chrome Reckon is approved
