So I came back to the office so enthusiastic after the STP Seminar. Went in feeling very scared of the whole process. So I thought yaah lets get this started. I went into the portal and Step 1, password, I put in my email address and Customer ID and it said my password isn't registered. So I put in my Customer ID & Pin and still nothing. Changes scare the 50+'s in this world and when things don't work I just want to bury my head in the sand now. HELP!!!!!!

I'm nearly sixty and I'm frightened almost to death. It's why I get up in the morning. I've got this bit covered however. Firstly are you sure you have registered for the portal? Try using the sign in option. If that doesn't work, register again using your email address and create a new password. If you can do this the next bit is a little easier though still complicated. Call me if you get stuck. Kevin 0407744914

    Hi Tracey,
Can I confirm, are you using Reckon One (which this thread is marked as) or Reckon Accounts Hosted as your accounting software or something else?

If you're using Reckon One, then you'll already have an existing Reckon Portal account which you can also use for GovConnect for STP.
If you're using Reckon Accounts Hosted, you can use your existing Hosted login credentials on the Portal login page and it should let you through. Please DO NOT log in using your User ID, unless this is also your username.

Check out more info here - GovConnect - Single Touch Payroll
