Numeric keypad not working

For the last couple of days the numeric keypad is only working intermittently with Reckon. It works in all other programs, apps etc. The top numbers on the keyboard work but this slows down my data entry quite a lot. I have googled and tried some solutions, I have restarted my PC a few times, I have tried a new keyboard, I have tried a non wireless keyboard. Any ideas on how to fix this.

This happened to me yesterday. Googled for a solution. Hold the FN key on bottom left of keyboard and press the num lock key to on. It worked. Good luck.2

silly question but could you share the link to the forum? im having the same problem. Cleared my cache, restarted computer. happens intermittently without reason for last two days.0

THIS TOO IS HAPPENING TO US. SO WHAT IS THE ISSUE WITH RECKON.??????? ALL THREE TERMINALS CAN'T BE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING NOT QUITE RIGHT WITH RECKON PLEASE HELP US NOW......BEFORE WE JUMP OUT OF OUR OFFICE WINDOWS.... THE CAPS NOT WORKING AND THE NUMBERS ARE NOT WORKING ONLY IN RECKON.......0

See Rav's post above and use the links. Clearing the cache is what has worked for me until you put the Caps Lock on and then it happens again so I am just not using caps lock for anything and am holding shift down for anything I may require to be in caps.

This only happens when using Reckon online.... and nothing is working... on all three terminals...(computers) here in our office...Reckon wake up it's your proplem....
