I am a BAS Agent with multiple Reckon Accounts Hosted files set-up for my clients - do I have to create a GovConnect log-in for each of them using a different email address for each?

Hi Ruth,
Will you be submitting STP pay events on behalf of your clients?

A single Reckon Portal account can house multiple STP entities within it.
To add more than one STP entity just select the 'Add Product' option at the top and choose Reckon GovConnect. This will add another STP entity for you to setup which will be visible in your Portal account in the one place.

Thank you Rav, that made it so much easier.  In my impatient moment, I did use my 2nd email to set-up a GovConnect for 1 separate company.  It would be much easier if I could connect this client to my main log-in.  Is it possible to cancel the 2nd registration so free up the ABN?
