child mandatory element in payroll?

Just did some STP uploading . On one of the files the ATO came back with while processing parent element (payroll) child mandatory element (Interaction Transactionld)was expected but not found. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Can you post a screenshot of this error message please. (Use the camera icon on the forum reply box to upload an image).

    Also, is this affecting all your pay events or just the one?

    No it only affected one payrun.

    Thanks for getting back to me Akinom,

    This message comes up when there is a mismatch in the file types between the STP pay event export file in your accounting software ie. Reckon Accounts Hosted and the submission you're putting into GovConnect.
    To put it a bit more simply, you may have chosen the 'Full File Replacement' or "Update Event" option in GovConnect STP whereas the pay event was just a normal one ie. not created as a Full File Replacement in your accounting software.
