Single Touch Payroll - Multiple ABN

Hi,
I've downloaded the STP app and I have set up the ABN and business.  However, I have another ABN to add and I can't see anywhere on the app, where it allows you to add another?  Help please.

    Hi Estela,
    The free app is designed for single use only, so once the ABN is registered on the app its linked to that particular account's login. You can register multiple ABN's if you wish however they need to have their own associated app account ie. email address & password, you can switch between them by logging out of the current app account and signing in with the next account's login credentials.

    Hi Rav,
    Thanks for your response.  I have set up all four companies under the same user name.  Therefore your suggestion that I log in and out of different users, won't work.  How do I fix this problem now?

    As far as I understand, its not possible for you to setup multiple ABN registrations under the same email address using the free STP app, so I'm a bit confused to how you've set this up.
    Are you actually using the free micro-business (1-4 employee) STP app or are you using our GovConnect service for STP? (The GovConnect service supports multiple ABN registrations under the one account).

    I set it up under GovConnect.  But as we have less than 4 employees across, I thought I could use the app instead - as I was led to believe it would be easier.  However, as I can't install multiple abn's, I'm not sure that this will work for me...  This whole thing is so confusing...

    As I've mentioned, the STP app is single use only so each ABN will be associated with ONE app account. You can choose to register multiple ABN's to the app if you want but you'll need to logout of the respective app account before logging into the next.

    The GovConnect service is used to submit STP pay events created from Reckon accounting software so if you're going to use GovConnect, you need to be using Reckon accounting software for your payroll functions and you cannot use the free app.
