Quicken Personal Lite 2009 Unable to Register on new Computer

I have Quicken Personal Lite 2009 which I had to instal on a new computer. I received new Installation Key but before I can use it Ineed to register the product. Each time I receive Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\Inetpub\Passport\Rego\Quicken2005\IntuReg\core\Onyx.php on line 10. Reckons phone Customer Service is useless and provided less than no help and their email customer service is even worse. Hopefully you can sort this problem for me?

    Just bumping this, got  off the phone to Reckon Support, guess what, bumped to this site.  Looks like they have shut down the service, can anyone assist.
