Trying to email Payslips, but the Going Online screen just hangs there

    Hi Sue
    Check to see if there are any prompts or windows that may have opened in the background which are awaiting action.

    Press Alt + Page Down (not the arrow pointing down) together on your keyboard if that doesn't work try Alt + Page Up. One of these sequences should allow any other Hosted windows to appear on the forefront.

    If the above does not work, please log out of Hosted (File > Exit). Click on the Control Panel > Log off remote sessions > ensure your session is logged off. Log back in and try again.
