License Renewal fee discrepancy from Renewal Email

I am about to renew my annual Reckon Hosted License and when I go to renew online (via the link from the Renewal email) the amount due is $170 more than the amount on the email.

    I've been trying to get thru to Customer Service for a few days - apparently their lines are to capacity and I should ring back another time!!

    Hi Kate,
    From what I can gather, the reason why this is happened is because there is a promotional offer attached to your Hosted subscription which the Customer Service team will need to process for you.

    I understand that the team has sorted this out for you now, is that correct?
