My Report function hangs and doesn't produce the requested report

After selecting the report that I require the system hangs and seems to go into a cyber loop and doesn't produce the report

    No. I have experienced this problem on two separate, unconnected computers.

    Hi Vicki,
    Which report are you attempting to generate from Reckon One when you run into this? Is it affecting all reports or just a specific one?
    What sort of date range are you generating for the report?

    Tried a third computer and same problem. Seems to be any report available under Report Centre.

    Are you using Internet Explorer?  If so try Chrome.

    Thank you. Chrome seems to be the answer. I'm guessing a recent upgrade by IE might have had some unintended consequences.
