The default backup location for local backups is not currently accessible | RAHE 2018

When we are backing up Accounts Hosted 2018, we don't see anymore the drive B. It says "The default backup location for local backups is not currently accessible. If you want to change the default backup location, click OPTIONS.

We then use the Drive Q:\Upload folder for the backup of today. Is there an issue in this?

I didn't find also the backup folder today in the morning when I am trying to backup. I used it yesterday and I saw the folder. It's just happened today. Please help us. Thank you

Hi guys,
Thanks for the reports on this, haven't heard anything about this as yet but I'll ask the team.
I take it that logging out, closing down the session and then trying again isn't changing anything?
Are you all on Hosted 2018 at the moment or have you upgraded to Hosted 2019?

Yes Rav, it didn't change anything after logging out and trying again. (We have not changed to Accounts hosted 2019, not yet)

Hi guys,
We think this should be resolved now, can you try logging out (file > Exit) and log back in and you should see the B drive.

Please let me know though.
