STP Error Message

    I have exactly the same error message when I uploaded my stp yesterday (first time I've ever had an error in the whole 12 months of uploading to STP) ...I too have asked for support through the portal chat bar and am also still waiting for a response.

    Thank you Rav. Do I upload the file as 'full file replacement' or just as normal (not ticking any boxes) ?

    Just a normal one Kyle, the first one hasn't gone through so the Full File Replacement option can't replace it (if that makes sense).

    I have put through a new pay event.      Have since gone on to the ATO STP portal and found I now have two pay events for the same date.    

    Do I still need to do a finalise year event now ?   I am worried I will be duplicating so many of the same report
