failed to validate pay run event

Hi,

I keep getting the following error when trying to submit our STP file ' Failed to Validate pay run event'

We have been through our staff files to see if there is anything obvious missing and we can't seem to find anything and our file still wont upload.

Is there a way to find out what errors are in the file? We have a number of new staff each week so we want to make sure we have the correct info going forward.

    Hi Daria

    Try running a report, like address, contact report and see if you can spot it that way
