Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2019 Upgrade - No STP option

We havejust upgraded to Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2019 to all computers on the network but there is no option appearing Edit, Preference, Payroll & Employees, Company Preferences..... there is no box to tick for STP ???

    Hi Anne-Marie,
    That's correct, there is no need to enable STP in the new editions, its switched on by default now that STP is mandatory.

    Wow I just called up about the same thing and I'm required to wait on hold for 1.5 -2 hours it's pay day today.  Now what do I do?

    If you have upgraded the option is in the Employees tab, about half way down there is option to process single touch payroll.
