Launch Accounts 2019 R2 - not getting the update message

Im using Reckon Account Hosted, i have completed 2018 today and wish to upgrade to 2019. When I open it it does not give me the screen to update my file to the new edition.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
If you were using Hosted 2018 and the session wasn't disconnected via File > Exit prior to launching Hosted 2019, instead of opening 2019, you will be taken to the open 2018 session. I'd say this is what has happened in this case.
If you have Hosted open, click File > Exit and wait for the window to close completely, then click the Launch Accounts 2019 button and it will launch the correct version.
